A gentle, judgment-free space to help you feel grounded, informed, and confident in your baby’s sleep journey.
During this one-hour call, we’ll walk through what’s currently feeling hard, confusing, or overwhelming in your little one’s sleep. You’ll get clear, personalized guidance rooted in baby-led, connection-based support—so you can understand what’s normal, what your baby is communicating, and what small shifts will make the biggest difference.
Together we’ll:
